Step 1 : Go to "download.com" (make sure you connect the internet)
Step 2 : Search "resource hacker"
Step 3 : Download "Resource Hacker 3.4"
Step 4 : Click open
Step 5 : Extract "Reshacker" (make sure you install WinRAR or WinZip to extract these file)
Step 6 : Click "Reshacker"
Step 7 : Click run
Step 8 : Click "file", then open
Step 9 : Look in "Drive C" (System)
Step 10 : Click "Windows"
Step 11 : Click "explorer"
Step 12 : Go to "String Table"
Step 13 : Choose 37
Step 14 : Click 1033
Step 15 : Replace "start" with the text that you like (e.g. StartSmart)
Step 16 : Click "compile script"
Step 17 : Click "file", then save as
Note : Name it what ever you replaced "start" with and with ".exe" at the end of the words
(no space)
Step 18 : Then, save
Step 19 : Go to "start"
Step 20 : Click run
Step 21 : Type "regedit"
Step 22 : Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE"
Step 23 : Then, go to "software"
Step 24 : Go to "Microsoft"
Step 25 : Go to "Windows NT"
Step 26 : Go to "current version"
Step 27 : Click "Winlogon"
Step 28 : Click "shell" (At the right box)
Note : Name it what ever you replaced "start" with and with ".exe" at the end of the words

Step 29 : Then, restart your PC
STEP COMPLETE.......!!!!!
